Tarpit — ловим вредных зверьков в смоляную ловушку
Tarpit: Refers to a freeware program called
LaBrea, which creates virtual computers on a network in order to lure worms before they spread to other machines. These traps respond to IP requests in such a way as to keep the connection open forever, forming a "tar pit" in which worms like
CodeRed get stuck.
Tar pit — An accumulation of natural tar or asphalt at the earth's surface, especially one that traps animals and preserves their bones.
